Live Every Day of Your Life

*le sigh* I can not wait until Loren and I move up to the Metro. This whole using up at least 400 dollars in gas (yes I said 400 dollars!) is amazing, and the whole waking up early thing is no good either. It would almost be cheaper for us to get the motorcycles we want now rather then later.
I am so excited to get our own apartment though! I found a few places online, not to mention we'll be a lot closer to Uwagimya, that sell Asian furniture and the like. I have always wanted some of those accordion folding screens and a table where you have to kneel rather then sit on a chair. I found both! I also found the bed that I have been imagining for a while. It's a platform bed, and Loren said that it would be easy to make. The neat things about it are the bed is "sunken in" a little bit so it looks more futon size then normal mattress size. Also, the side tables are connected to the bed so it makes a "T". It's really nice looking! I can't wait! I also found a bonsai tree that I love! It's a cute little cherry blossom bonsai that ever produces fruit! It's so adorable.

Ich Liebe Es!

I am sitting here at Starbucks drinking my venti Carmel frappachino with extra Carmel, Carmel drizzle. I borrowed Megan's lappy for the morning because Loren had to go to work for a few hours, and I was going to have nothing to do until he got off at 10. So I settled for surfing the web for a few hours, feeling cool, on a lappy. It's really sweet that tmobile was having a little special on wireless access. One day free, if you sign up for a subscription. So I got clever and signed up for a "pay as you go" plan that I'll have to pay for if I use it after this day! I'm using free net!
So, in other news, Loren and I have now established communication with his parents about our money goings on. As such, we talk about it at least a little bit every day since then. Ugh. I really don't want to be reminded/talk about bills and how much in debt we are every day.
We all just can't seem to find a happy medium with everything we have to collaborate on. They want everything. Constant, seems like hourly, updates on what we're paying and everything. At least on weekends, I want to get get away from all of that. Abandon the responsibilities of the week and just relax. I suppose... if it gets to out of hand then I'll say something. It if it gets to the point that we're getting a mini lecture every day and we haven't done anything wrong... the foots going down. :)
Other then working and paying bills, not much is going on. Today I'm doing my surf thang until Loren gets off at ten, then we're going up to Portland and playing with model trains for a few hours. One of my coworkers invited us to his little train group that he goes to the last Saturday of every month. Loren really likes trains so he wanted to go. Tomorrow we might go to church (it's so early, and today I woke up at... 6. With about 5 hours of sleep under my belt, I'm thinking not.) then I guess we're going some where and painting. I don't know about you, but tomorrow doesn't sound so fun. So today, right now, ba da ba ba baaa! "ich liebe es!" (1). You better know it.

Gloomy gloomy gloom.

What a gloomy day it is today, and it started as soon as I woke up. The hose is in utter chaos, more then normal, because of the Canada trip. Right as we walked in the house, his dad was yelling at him to pick up everything in the middle of the room, and lecturing him about that. I hate that. "Good Morning, Loren and Mindy! If possible, Loren, could you pick up this and that? It's in the middle of the floor and I'm just trying to fix that. Thanks!" ...Wishful thinking.
Of course, after that, I couldn't find a friggen thing in the black hole. Also, Loren's Mom and Dad thought that once we where awake they could take a shower. Even though they woke up at... I don't know... six!
*sigh* So yah.. in a nut shell, today is as gloomy as the weather. Perhaps I'll rant some more later. For now I'm going to go look at my penguin cam.
