My name is Mindy, and I just so happen to be in my early twenties. Twenty-one to be exact. I call the Pacific Northwest my home [The Cherry City] - Salem, Oregon for the geographically challenged - not by choice, but circumstance.
I am what some may call a geek, with greater emphasis on the word ‘Geek’ rather than ‘nerd’. I believe there is a distinct difference between the two. While both may be considered knowledgeable, one may be considered a little more suave in natural settings. My interests lie in technology, the social intricacies of the net, and other non geeky things.

Everything else (the main graphic, some coding, ect.) is done by me! So please don't take it.
*le sigh* I can not wait until Loren and I move up to the Metro. This whole using up at least 400 dollars in gas (yes I said 400 dollars!) is amazing, and the whole waking up early thing is no good either. It would almost be cheaper for us to get the motorcycles we want now rather then later.
I am sitting here at Starbucks drinking my venti Carmel frappachino with extra Carmel, Carmel drizzle. I borrowed Megan's lappy for the morning because Loren had to go to work for a few hours, and I was going to have nothing to do until he got off at 10. So I settled for surfing the web for a few hours, feeling cool, on a lappy. It's really sweet that tmobile was having a little special on wireless access. One day free, if you sign up for a subscription. So I got clever and signed up for a "pay as you go" plan that I'll have to pay for if I use it after this day! I'm using free net!

What a gloomy day it is today, and it started as soon as I woke up. The hose is in utter chaos, more then normal, because of the Canada trip. Right as we walked in the house, his dad was yelling at him to pick up everything in the middle of the room, and lecturing him about that. I hate that. "Good Morning, Loren and Mindy! If possible, Loren, could you pick up this and that? It's in the middle of the floor and I'm just trying to fix that. Thanks!" ...Wishful thinking.
